Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to unlocking global investment opportunities.
Governor Sule said the state’s rich solid minerals sector remains a major driver for local economic growth.
Speaking to journalists in New York following a strategic briefing with Vice President Kashim Shettima who is leading Nigeria’s delegation to the 81st United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), the governor emphasised Nasarawa’s readiness to form international partnerships.
Addressing the press alongside Kebbi State Governor, His Excellency Nasir Idris, Sule noted that both states share a unique advantage in natural resources that can attract significant global capital.
”The abundant solid mineral resources in Nasarawa and Kebbi states place us in a strong position to attract international investors and promote economic development,” Governor Sule stated.
By leveraging the high-level platform of UNGA 2026, the Sule administration aims to pitch Nasarawa’s economic potential to global stakeholders, driving industrialisation and creating new opportunities across the state.
