The APC flag bearer for the House of Representatives, Zone C, Hon. Abubakar Salami, on Wednesday visited Angwan Daji to commiserate with victims of the recent fire incident that ravaged the community.
Salami donated ₦1 million to the affected families as part of efforts to cushion the hardship caused by the disaster.
Speaking during the visit, Hon. Salami sympathised with the victims and prayed to God for protection against a recurrence of such incidents.
He urged them to remain strong, take the incident in good faith, and see it as a temporary setback as they rebuild their lives.
